Anjali Korath is the founder of Prajna Mindcare and a highly skilled Counselling Psychologist and Mindfulness Practitioner based in Bangalore. With over 500+ hours of counseling experience, she specializes in providing online counseling for individuals, adolescents, couples, and families. By offering support in both Malayalam and English, Anjali ensures that therapy is not only accessible but deeply human and culturally resonant.
Anjali Korath, a Counselling Psychologist, Mindfulness Practitioner, and Emotional Wellness Coach with extensive academic and professional training. She holds an M.Sc in Psychology from Jain (Deemed-to-be) University and a Post Graduation Diploma in Psychological Counselling (PGDPC) from Bangalore City University. She has also completed a Diploma in Community Mental Health from NIMHANS, gaining a strong foundation in both clinical and community mental health care. Her expertise is further enriched by international certifications in CBT for Anxiety and Integrating Mindfulness into CBT from the Beck Institute (USA). Additionally, she holds certifications in Mindfulness, Counselling Skills, and a Diploma in Relationship Counselling, enabling her to work with a wide range of emotional and interpersonal concerns.
