How Sessions Work
Sessions are conducted entirely online over video call, in Malayalam, English, or a mix of both whatever feels natural to you. Each session runs 50 minutes. You can book directly through this website, receive a secure video link, and speak confidentially from wherever you are — Kerala, elsewhere in India, or abroad.
Why This Matters
Research and clinical experience both point to the same thing: therapy works better when you're not spending mental effort translating your feelings into another language first. Being able to say "എനിക്ക് ഒരു വല്ലാത്ത feeling ആണ്" and have your counsellor immediately understand — without you needing to explain further often gets to the real issue faster.
A Note on Crisis Support
Prajna Mindcare is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis, please contact KIRAN (1800-599-0019), iCALL (9152987821), Vandrevala Foundation (+91 9999 666 555), AASRA (022-27546669), or 1Life (78930 78930).

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I mix Malayalam and English in my sessions?
Yes — most clients naturally switch between both, and that's completely fine. The priority is that you're able to express yourself comfortably.
